Hoisin and Five-Spice Glaze
Brush this on beef, pork, chicken, or salmon during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

ΒΌ cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
In microwave-safe small bowl, stir together hoisin and soy sauces and five-spice powder. Cook, uncovered, in microwave oven on High 30 seconds, stirring once.
