Makes 12 servings

12 oz. crabmeat, cleaned

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 Tbsp. fresh dill (1 tsp. dried)

6 English muffins, split in half

1. Combine crabmeat, cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and dill. Mix until well blended.

2. Spread on English muffins. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika.

3. Broil 5” from heat for 2–5 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Cut into quarters. Serve warm.
