President Bush is presented a copy of the Holy Koran by Iman Muzammil H. Siddiqi of the Islamic Society of America on September 26 in the Roosevelt Room of the White House, where Bush met with Islamic community leaders. Bush said U.S. efforts to retaliate against Osama bin Laden, the Saudi-born militant he blames for the strikes two weeks ago, require “the best intelligence we can possibly have.”
