Prep time: 15 mins

Cook time: 30 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Cooking spray

4 oz whole-wheat pizza dough, fresh prepared

1 tbsp of fresh chives, chopped

1 oz 1/3-less-fat softened cream cheese

3 lightly beaten large eggs

3 center-cut slices of bacon

Directions

1. Cook slices of bacon over medium heat in a medium skillet for 10 minutes until very crisp. Remove the bacon from skillet; crumble. Add eggs into the skillet containing bacon fat; cook about one minute, stirring frequently until nearly set but still loose.

2. Place cooked eggs into a bowl and stir in crumbled bacon, chives, and cream cheese.

3. Divide pizza dough evenly into four pieces. Lightly add flour to a work surface and roll each of the dough into a 5-inch circle. Fill the center of each dough with about 1/4 of egg mixture. Brush the outer side dough edges with water, then wrap the dough all over egg mixture to make a purse, pinch together to make the seams close.

4. Arrange dough in the air fryer basket in single layer; spray using the cooking spray. 5. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes at 350°F until golden brown.
