Ingredients
15 cm Small pizza pan, buttered
Handful of arugula
2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese, grated
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp of dried oregano
2-3 slices of mushrooms
50 grams of salami, in strips
½ ball of mozzarella, sliced thinly
50 ml of tomato sauce
½ tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of instant yeast
100 grams of flour
Directions
1. Mix the instant yeast with flour, olive oil, 60-75 ml water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough ball. Knead until the dough becomes elastic and flexible.
2. Heat up your airfryer to 400 F. Roll the dough out into a round 18 cm dough on a floured work surface and then place this dough in the prepared pan. Fold any extending dough edges inside to form a crust.
3. Pour tomato sauce evenly on top the dough and top with the mozzarella slices. Evenly divide the mushrooms and salami over cheese. Spritz top of the pizza with pepper, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
4. Arrange the pan into the Air-fryer basket and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
