Morning-Style Air fryer potatoes

Ingredients

1 (4 ounces) small onion, chopped

1 (5 ounces) small bell pepper, chopped

Pinch salt & pepper

Oil spray

2 (13 ounces) medium sized Russet potatoes, chopped 

Direction

1. Add chopped potatoes into the air fryer basket, Spray with oil spray, shake, spray again, and add sprinkle with salt.

2. Cook potatoes in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 F. Stop to shake once through the cooking period. (Check, if the potatoes are not rotating well, Feel free to stir.)

3. After the 10 minutes, add onions and bell pepper. Spray with oil, and shake basket. Cook for additional 15 minutes.

4. After 10 minutes into the cooking, check to make sure the potatoes are not getting too brown. Cooking time varies on the size of the potatoes. Add salt to taste.
