Ingredients
8 small slices of bread or 4 bread rolls
Squeeze of lemon juice
10–12 capers
1 tablespoon of creme fraiche or greek yogurt
250 grams of frozen peas
Spray oil
40 grams of dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon of flour
Salt and pepper
4 small skinless cod fillets
Directions
1. Heat up your Air Fryer to 200c. Season cod fillets with pepper and salt and dust lightly with the flour. Next; roll cod fillets in breadcrumbs lightly.
2. Spritz the bottom of the fryer basket with oil spray. Add fish and cook at 200c for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the peas for few minutes in boiling water in a microwave. Drain peas well and place into the blender along the capers, lemon juice and crème fraiche. Pulse until combined. To serve, layer sandwich with fish and puree pea.
