Spicy Prawns with cocktail sauce

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of cider or wine vinegar

1 tablespoon of ketchup

8-12 fresh king prawns

½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoon of sea salt

3 tablespoon of mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of chilli powder

1 teaspoon of chilli flakes

Directions

1. Preheat your Airfryer to 180c.

2. In a bowl, mix together all the spices. Toss prawns in the spice until well coated.

3. Transfer prawns to the Airfryer basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Cooking time vary based on size of the prawns.

4. In a bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.  Serve prawns with the sauce.
