Ingredients
1/8 tsp of granulated sugar
Lemon wedges
1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp of dill pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp of finely chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/3 cup of panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1 lightly beaten large egg
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
2 (6-ounces) of catfish fillets
3/8 tsp of kosher salt, divided
(Optional) 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper
1 tsp of light brown sugar
12 oz of fresh green beans, trimmed

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, spray green beans evenly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with red pepper (optional), brown sugar, and 1/8 tsp salt.
2. Transfer to the air fryer basket, and cook about 12 minutes at 400ºF until tender and browned and. Place in a bowl; wrap with foil to keep warm.
3. While the beans is cooking, Coat catfish in flour, shake off any excess flour from fish. Dip the coated piece in egg, then sprinkle panko evenly on the catfish on all sides. Repeat for the rest.
4. Arrange coated catfish in the air fryer basket, and the spritz with cooking spray.
5. Cook about 8 minutes at 400ºF or until cooked through and browned. Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper evenly on top.
6. In a small bowl, Whisk together sugar, vinegar, relish, dill and mayonnaise. Serve green beans and fish with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
