Ingredients
Turkey Goujons:
1 teaspoon of Parsley
1 teaspoon of Thyme
50 grams of Plain Flour
1 Large beaten egg
30 grams of Cheddar Cheese
25 grams of Gluten Free Oats
50 gram of Breadcrumbs
100 grams of leftover Turkey Breast, cut into strips
Salt & Pepper
Dipping:
100 grams of White Sugar
2 tablespoon of Garlic Puree
1 Small Red Chili finely chopped and seeded
Directions
1. Heat up the air fryer to 360F. In a bowl, combine together breadcrumbs oats, cheese and the seasoning. Add egg in a separate bowl and in a third bowl, add the flour.
2. Season the turkey well with pepper and salt on a worktop. This turkey require a bit more of salt. Dip each strips of turkey in the flour, shake off excess, then dip the egg and lastly coat in the breadcrumbs.
3. Transfer 7 coated turkey in the air fryer and air fry for 7 minutes. Repeat with another 7 coated turkey and air fry for another 7 minutes until all is done.
4. While the turkey cooks, pour sugar in cold water, pour in a medium pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add Red Chili and garlic puree and lower heat, simmer until it reduce in size, about 10 minutes. Let cool then transfer into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Serve.
