Ingredients
Salt & Pepper
1 boneless Chicken Breast, trim of excess fat
Handful of Black Peppercorns
1 teaspoon of Garlic Puree
1 Tbsp of Chicken Seasoning
2 Lemons rind and juice
Directions
1. Heat up the air fryer to 360 F. Layer a large sheet of silver foil on a work surface and add lemon rind seasonings to it.
2. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and rub evenly with the chicken seasoning. The color will change slightly.
3. Transfer unto the silver foil sheet, rub every part of the chicken well with the seasoning. Place in a zillop bag to get the season into it. Pat hard with a rolling pin to release more flavor and flatten out.
4. Arrange in the air fryer basket and cook at 360 F for 15 minutes or until it's cooked through in the middle. Serve.
