Old Bay Fried Chicken

Ingredients

(Optional) cooking spray

1 teaspoon of seasoning salt

1 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay Cajun Seasoning

4 small chicken thighs skin on

1 egg beaten

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

Directions

1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 390 F. In a bowl, whisk together the Old Bay, flour and salt.

2. Dip chicken in flour mixture, shake off excess, then dip in the egg, allow to drip and lastly dip again in the flour mixture. Shake any excess off. Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.

3. Transfer into the AirFryer and cook at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Remove and serve.
