Air Fryer Crispy Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

1/4 teaspoon of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 1/4 teaspoon of sweet paprika

2 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese

1/3 cup of crushed cornflakes crumbs

1/2 cup of panko crumbs

1 large beaten egg

Kosher salt

6 (5 oz each) center cut boneless pork chops, (3/4-inch thick)

Olive oil spray

Directions

1. Heat up the air fryer for 12 minutes to 400F. Lightly spritz the air fryer the basket with olive oil spray. Trim the pork of any excess fat and season both sides of the pork chops with 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine together chili powder, parmesan cheese, black pepper, cornflake crumbs, panko 3/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.

3. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. Dip the pork in egg, allow excess to drip then dredge in crumb mixture.

4. Arrange three chops in the Air fryer basket and spray the pork top with oil. Air fry for 12 minutes at 400F, flipping half way, spraying both sides with oil. Repeat steps to cook the remaining pork.
