Ingredients
3/4 cup of tomato sauce (your favorite)
1 small onion
3 tbsp of bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp of chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
300 grams of minced beef
Pepper & salt to taste
1 small onion, finely chopped
Directions
1. Heat up the air fryer to 200c.
2. In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients and mix well. Form mixture into small size balls of about 10 to 12.
3. You will need to do this in batches. Arrange meatballs in the basket of the Airfryer and cook for 7 minutes.
4. Once done, Place meatballs in the oven dish, coat the meatballs with tomato sauce and put the dish in the Airfryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes with a temperature to 160C and to heat everything through.
