Ingredients
1 Handful of Fresh Basil chopped into small sizes
1 tablespoon of Cheddar Cheese grated
1 teaspoon of Garlic Puree
1 teaspoon of Honey
1 teaspoon of Mustard
50 grams of diced Onion
300 grams of Minced Pork
Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. Mix together the onion, Mustard, honey, cheese, garlic, basil and meat in a bowl until well mixed.
2. Shape mixture into balls, Place in the Air Fryer basket and cook at a 200c for 14 minutes or until cooked through. Serve!
