Cherry Sour Cream Clafoutis

Ingredients

Small, low cake pan, 15 cm diameter

Powdered sugar

10 grams of butter

125 ml of sour cream

1 egg

2 tbsp of sugar

50 grams of flour

2-3 tbsp of crème de cassis or vodka

200 grams of fresh cherries or 1 jar of cherries, well-drained, pitted

Directions

1. Mix crème de cassis or kirsch with the cherries in a bowl.

2. Heat up the Airfryer to 180°C.

3. Mix together the flour, sour cream, egg, salt and sugar in another bowl until you have a thick and smooth dough. If needed, you can add little water.

4. Pour batter in cake pan, top evenly with the cherries and add the rest butter in little chunks over the top.

5. Transfer cake pan in the air fryer basket and bake for 25 minutes until its done and golden brown.

6. Dust the clafoutis generously with powdered sugar immediately after baking. Slice and serve lukewarm.
