Blackberry Apricot Crumble

Ingredients

Shallow 16 cm diameter round cake tin, greased

50 grams of cold butter, in cubes

100 grams of flour

1 tbsp of lemon juice

100 grams of fresh blackberries

75 grams of sugar

250 grams of fresh apricots

Directions

1. Heat up your airfryer to 200°C.

2. Cut the apricots into two, pit and cut into cubes and mix with 25 g sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.

3. Fill the greased tin with fruit mixture. In a bowl, mix together the flour, butter, remaining sugar, salt, and 1 tbsp of cold water. Mix with your fingertips until the mixture is crumbly.

4. Evenly divide mixture on top the fruit and lightly press the top layer. Transfer tin in the air fryer basket and bake for 20 minutes until its done and golden brown.

5. Serve immediately, warm, or cold with vanilla sauce, ice cream or whipped cream.
