Roasted Potatoes Paprika with Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

800 grams of waxy potatoes, peel and cut into 3 cm cubes

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of spicy paprika

Freshly ground black pepper

150 ml Greek yoghurt

Directions

1. Heat up your Airfryer to 180°C.

2. Soak potatoes cubes in water, about 30 minutes. Drain well and pat dry using a kitchen paper.

3. Mix the paprika, 1 tbsp of olive oil with pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Add the potatoes, toss to coat well in the spicy oil.

4. Cook in the Airfryer basket for 20 minutes, turning every now and then until they are golden brown and cooked through.

5. Mix the remaining olive oil, Greek yoghurt, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add a sprinkle of paprika. Serve potatoes in a platter with a sprinkle of salt and the yoghurt as a dip. Lovely with kebabs or with rib eye.
