Peach Pies

Ingredients

Cooking spray

1 (14.1-ounces) package refrigerated pie crusts

1 tsp of cornstarch 

1/4 tsp of table salt 

1 tsp of vanilla extract

3 tbsp of granulated sugar

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

2 (5-oz.) of fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

Directions

1.  In a medium bowl, Mix together vanilla, sugar, lemon juice, peaches and salt. Let mixture stand for 15 minutes, stirring not too often. Drain the peaches, but reserve 1 tbsp. Whisk the reserved liquid with cornstarch and then mix into drained peaches.

2. Slice pie crusts into 8 circles of about (4-inch). Add 1 tbsp of the filling in the middle of each. Brush dough edges with water; fold and crimp edges to seal; cut three small slits on the pies top and smear with cooking spray.

3. Arrange three pies in airfryer basket in single layer and cook for 12 to 14 minutes at 350°F until golden brown. Repeat steps to cook the remaining pies.
