Ingredients
Cooking spray
1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
1 ripe avocado, peeled, halved, and cut into 8 slices
1 tsp of water
1 egg
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
Directions
1. Heat up the Airfryer to 400 Degrees.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine together the flour salt and pepper.
3. In a separate shallow bowl, beat water and egg together. Add panko into a different shallow bowl.
4. Dip one slice of avocado in the flour, shake to remove any excess. Dip into the bowl of egg, allowing excess to drip off. Lastly coat both side of the avocado slice with panko. Place on a plate or bowl and repeat the process with other slices.
5. Generously coat cooking spray on avocado slices and place sprayed-side down in the bowl of the air fryer, then spray the avocado top side.
6. Cook at 400 Degrees for 4 minutes. Flip and cook more for 3 minutes until golden.
