Crispy Roasted Onion Potatoes

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

2 tablespoon of olive oil

2 pounds of baby red potatoes, wash and cut in quarter

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes in the olive oil. Stir in the onion soup mix until well coated.

2. Transfer coated potatoes into the Airfryer basket and cook for 17-20 minutes at 390°, stirring the potatoes half way through until golden brown and tender.
