Ingredients
Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon of Mustard Powder
3 tablespoon of Olive Oil
300 grams of Sweet Potatoes, cut equally to look like a chunky chips
Directions
1. Place Sweet Potatoes with two tbsp of olive oil in the Airfryer and shake to coat the potatoes in oil.
2. Cook at 350 F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through the cooking time. Transfer the cooked potatoes into a bowl and add the remaining olive oil. Add the seasoning and mix well. ´Serve.
Note: If the potatoes are not cut into equal sizes, you might get some crunchy while some might get burnt.
