Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup coconut flour
6 eggs
Instructions
1. Heat the oven up to 350°F then use a parchment paper to line a loaf pan and set aside.
2. Add the baking soda, coconut flour and salt into a mixing bowl then combine together.
3. With another mixing bowl, add in the milk, eggs, oil and incorporate then gently empty into the soda mixture.
4. Mix until a batter is formed then transfer into the loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.
5. Once baked, allow to cool then serve and enjoy.
