Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
5 big eggs
5 ounces’ macadamia nuts
Instructions
1. Heat the oven up to 350°F and grease the bottom of a standard loaf pan.
2. Add macadamia nuts into a food processor then pulse, adding the eggs in bit until a nut butter consistency is reached.
3. Scrape the sides of the processor down then add in the rest of the eggs and blend again until well combined.
4. Add the baking soda, coconut our, apple cider vinegar and blend until combined.
5. Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and fit into the bottom rack of the oven.
6. Bake until the top turns golden brown for 30-40 minutes.
7. Turn off the oven heat then remove the loaf pan from the oven and allow to cool off completely.
8. Serve and enjoy or store in a fridge for up to a week.
