Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon flaky salt
1 tablespoon juiced lime
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons olive oil with extra 2 tablespoons for drizzling
Italian Seasoning, as desired
Instructions
1. Heat the oven up to 350°F then use a parchment paper to line an 8" round pan.
2. Using a medium sized mixing bowl, add in the soda, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, powdered garlic, xanthum gum and flaky salt together and combine until mixed.
3. Combine the juiced lime, eggs and olive oil together then pour into the soda mixture.
4. Spoon the mixture into the parchment paper line pan then use a wooden spoon to smoothen then dimple the dough and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Drizzle the bake dough with the extra olive oil then bake again for an extra 10-15 minutes then top with the Italian seasoning if using.
6. Allow to cool off then slice, serve and enjoy.
