Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered onion
1/2-1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon dried rosemary
6 large eggs
8 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Use a medium sized mixing bowl to combine the baking powder, coconut flour, garlic, onion, salt & rosemary then set aside.
2. Add the 6 eggs into a separate bowl then mix together until bubbles start appearing atop.
3. Gently add the melted butter into the eggs mixture then beat again to combine.
4. Carefully add the baking powder mixture into the eggs mixture then incorporate together.
5. Grease a medium sized loaf pan with cooking oil then empty the batter into the pan.
6. Fit the loaf pan into the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
7. Bring the pan out of the oven and allow to cool of then take out of the pan, slice, serve and enjoy as you wish.
