Cinnamon And Vanilla Roll Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 vanilla protein powder scoops

for the glaze

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup coconut butter

1 tablespoon granulated sweetener

2 teaspoons juice lime

Instructions

1. Heat the oven up to 350°F then line 12 count muffin tin with liners and put apart.

2. With a large sized mixing bowl, add in the dry ingredients and combine properly.

3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture then incorporated until well mixed.

4. Distribute the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups then arrange into the oven.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes then allow to cool off for about 5 minutes.

6. In the meantime, prepare the glaze by combining all the glaze ingredients together.

7. Drizzle the glaze over the baked muffins and allow to firm up.

8. Serve and enjoy.
