Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup granulated sweetener
1 teaspoon juiced lime
1 cup ground golden flax seed
1 cup walnuts chopped, if desired
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 pastured eggs
a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Heat the oven up to 325°F then use a blender to grind the golden flax seed and fill up a cup.
2. Use a mixing bowl to combine all the ingredients together adding the walnuts in last.
3. Transfer the mixture into muffin tins lined with liners then fit into the oven.
4. Bake for 18-22 minutes until set and done as desired.
5. Serve warm and devour.
