Peanut & Chocolate Buttered Muffins

Ingredients

1/3 cup almond milk

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup erythritol

1/2 cup cacao nibs

1 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 big eggs

a pinch salt

Instructions

1. Heat the oven up to 350°F then combine all the dry ingredients together except for the cocoa nibs and stir.

2. Add the almond milk, peanut butter into the mixture and stir together.

3. Add the eggs in bit by bit, stirring until well incorporated.

4. Add in the cacao nibs and fold in then grease a muffin tin with cooking oil spray.

5. Divide the batter in between the prepared muffins then fit into the oven.

6. Bake for 20-30 minutes then allow to cool off completely.

7. Serve and enjoy with some butter.
