Cauliflower Turmeric Buns

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 medium cauliflower head

2 eggs

2 tablespoons coconut flour

a pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

1. Heat the oven up to 400°F then use parchment paper to line a baking sheet and set aside.

2. Wash and dry the cauliflower head then trim off the ends and rice it with a food processor.

3. Add the riced cauliflower into a microwavable bowl with a teaspoon of water then cover with a plastic wrap with some holes on top.

4. Place the cauliflower bowl into the microwave and heat for 4 minutes.

5. Peel off the plastic wrap and allow the cauliflower to cool off for 5 minutes then transfer into paper towels and squeeze out every excess moisture.

6. Pour the squeezed cauliflower into a medium mixing bowl then add in the turmeric, eggs, salt, pepper and stir together.

7. Mold the mixture into 6 buns then arrange on top of the baking sheet and fit into the oven.

8. Bake until the top turns light brown for 25-30 minutes.

9. Serve hot and enjoy.
