Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
4 big eggs
4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. Use a medium sized mixing bowl to combine the psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, salt and baking powder together.
2. Add the eggs into a separate bowl and beat together then add in the water, melted butter and mix thoroughly.
3. Combine the psyllium husk powder mixture with that of the egg until a thick dough if formed and a desired consistency is reached.
4. Mold the dough into 10 rolls then arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet then place into a 350 F preheated oven.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes then remove, allow to cool and enjoy.
