Quick Low Carb Mug Biscuits

Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon parsley, dried

1/8 teaspoon powdered onion

1/8 teaspoon powdered garlic

1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1/4 cup cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 large egg

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoon water

2 tablespoon coconut flour

Instruction

1. Using a medium sized mug, add in the melted butter, baking powder, coconut flour, seasoning then mix together with a fork.

2. Add in the water, egg, whipping cream, cheese and mix until incorporated.

3. Microwave everything together for about 3 minutes then remove and allow to cool off.

4. Slice then serve and enjoy.
