Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon paleo baking powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme, if desired
1 teaspoon dried oregano, if desired
2 tablespoons psyllium husks, ground
2 egg yolks
4 egg whites
salt & pepper, as desired
Instructions
1. Heat the oven up to 350°F then use a parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
2. Use a hand mixer to beat the egg white until a stiff peak is formed then set aside.
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl then carefully fold in the egg white.
4. Create four even sided rolls from the dough then arrange on the baking sheet.
5. Fit the baking sheet into the oven and bake until cooked through for 40 minutes.
6. Ensure its cooked through then serve warm and enjoy.
