Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
Instructions
1. Heat up the oven to 350°F then combine the psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, salt and powdered garlic together in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the baking soda, apple cider vinegar and eggs into the mixing bowl and combine then pour in the boiling water and incorporate.
3. With a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread out the dough to your desired thickness then fit into the oven.
4. bake until the edges start turning brown for 15-20 minutes.
5. Top with cheese, sauce, and any other toppings of your choice and return into the oven until the cheese melts.
6. Serve warm and devour.
