Asian Lettuce Wraps
To add extra flavor to these wraps, pour 1 ounce low-sodium soy sauce or ginger dressing into a small cup and dip wraps in it.

Ingredients
2 whole romaine lettuce leaves
2 Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts, cooked
½ cup cabbage, shredded
½ cup zucchini, shredded
½ cup carrots, shredded
4 teaspoons peanuts
1 tablespoon low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1. Wash and separate lettuce leaves, place on a dish, and set aside. Slice chicken into strips. Mix zucchini, carrots, cabbage, and peanuts.
2. Evenly divide chicken strips and place in the center of the lettuce leaves. Evenly divide veggie mixture onto leaves, add teriyaki sauce, and wrap burrito style.
