Pumpkin Oatmeal

This take on a classic breakfast dish is part oatmeal, part pumpkin bread—and all delicious. This egg-free recipe lets you enjoy autumn flavors all year long.

1 cup rolled oats

2 TB. raisins

14 tsp. ground cinnamon

Pinch of kosher salt

14 cup canned pumpkin puree

2 TB. maple syrup

1 cup low-fat milk

1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, raisins, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt, then stir in the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and low-fat milk.

3. Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then pour the oatmeal mixture into the pan and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Remove the oatmeal from the fryer and allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
