Shrimp Scampi

You won’t believe how simple it is to make this elegant shrimp dish with the air fryer. Your kitchen will smell like lemon and garlic in a matter of minutes.

30 (1 lb.) uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

2 tsp. olive oil

1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

Juice and zest of 12 lemon

18 tsp. kosher salt

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

1 TB. fresh parsley, chopped

1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.

2. Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then combine the shrimp, olive oil, sliced garlic, lemon juice and zest, kosher salt, and red pepper flakes (if using) in the pan, tossing to coat. Cook for 7–8 minutes or until firm and bright pink.

3. Remove the shrimp from the fryer, place on a serving plate, and sprinkle the parsley on top. Serve warm.
