Red Pepper & Turkey Panini
Make this scrumptious panini in less than 5 minutes,
stacked with lean turkey breast, tangy peppers, zesty Dijon mustard—and without all the grease.
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 slices low-fat Swiss cheese
2 oz. thinly sliced cooked turkey breast
3 strips roasted red pepper
1. Preheat the air fryer to 330°F.
2. Spread one side of both slices of whole grain bread with Dijon mustard. Assemble the panini by layering the Swiss cheese, turkey, and roasted red pepper in your preferred order between the bread slices, then lightly spray the outer sides of the bread with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Spray the fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, then place the sandwich in the basket and cook for 5 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese melts.
4. Remove the panini from the fryer, place on a wire rack, and serve warm.
