Cherry Tomatoes & Garlic with Basil

Air-fried tomatoes feature a juicy, sweet piquancy. These jewel-like tomatoes are ready in minutes and make a fantastically delicious, low-calorie side dish.

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 tsp. olive oil

1 garlic clove, peeled and thinly sliced

18 tsp. kosher salt

1 TB. fresh basil, chopped (for serving)

1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.

2. Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then place the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, sliced garlic, and kosher salt in the pan and gently stir.

3. Cook for 4–6 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst.

4. Remove the tomatoes and any garlic from the fryer, place on a serving dish, and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the basil on top and serve warm.
