Corn Tortilla Chips
Air-frying some fresh corn tortillas creates a lighter version of this snack that has fewer calories and less fat but still retains that satisfying salty crunch.
4 six-inch corn tortillas
1 TB. canola oil
1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt
1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
2. Stack the corn tortillas, cut in half, then slice into thirds.
3. Spray the fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, then brush the tortillas with canola oil and place in the basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pause the fryer to shake the basket, then cook for 3–5 more minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the chips from the fryer and place on a plate lined with a paper towel. Sprinkle the kosher salt on top before serving warm.
