Spinach Artichoke Dip
Your guests won’t resist diving into this all-star appetizer. Lightened with a few healthy swaps, this dip can help keep calories in check.
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 TB. mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄4 tsp. freshly ground
black pepper
1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
2. Wrap the artichoke hearts and spinach in a paper towel and squeeze out any excess liquid, then transfer the vegetables to a large bowl.
3. Add the minced garlic, mayonnaise, plain Greek yogurt, and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to the large bowl, stirring well to combine.
4. Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then transfer the dip mixture to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the dip from the fryer and allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
