Pull-Apart Parmesan & Thyme Bread
Soft and herbaceous bites of this bread are simply addictive. Serve this with a salad and one of the healthy pizzas featured in this book.
6 oz. pizza dough
1 TB. buttery spread, melted
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 TB. grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
2. Flatten the pizza dough and cut into 3⁄4-inch pieces.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the buttery spread, thyme, and Parmesan cheese, then roll each piece of dough in the cheese mixture.
4. Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then place the pieces in the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the bread from the fryer and allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
