Roasted Bananas
Plain bananas can make a wildly decadent dessert you can feel good about eating. Serve them with a side of frozen Greek yogurt or with fresh strawberries.
3 TB. water
1 TB. light brown sugar
1 banana
1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
2. Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then combine the water and light brown sugar in the pan.
3. Cut the banana in half and split each piece lengthwise, then place the banana pieces cut side down in the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the bananas from the fryer and allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
