OFTEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE confidence problems concentrate on what the problem is. It is an inherent thing with lack of confidence. They see the cup as half empty, rather than half full. If you have your list of tasks as was outlined in the earlier chapter, think of ways that you can bring solutions into your life. For example, instead of concentrating on what a mess the kitchen is, concentrate on working out ways that you can make it more efficient. Don’t make it a huge task. Take every task and break it down into small manageable tasks and then look for solutions rather than looking at the problem.
