Parmesan Asparagus
A quick and easy side dish recipe to make in your instant pot.

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons full-fat butter

3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1 pound trimmed asparagus
Directions:
Arrange the asparagus & garlic in a large rectangle of foil & top with butter.
Fold the edges of it, so you make a pocket.
Open the Instant Pot’s top lid & switch it on.
In the pot, pour one cup water. Put a trivet/steamer basket inside. Now put the pocket over the trivet.
Close top lid; make sure that safety valve is in locking position.
Click “MANUAL” function; timer to 8 mins.
After timer is done with, click “CANCEL” setting. Click “QPR” cooking function.
Slowly open the lid, remove in plates, top with the cheese and serve.
