Simple Molasses Glazed Carrots
This is a delicious side dish! Baby carrots with glazed molasses.

Pour the water into the Instant Pot & fit in a steamer basket. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
Secure the lid. Choose the Steam mode and set the cooking time for 3 minutes at High pressure.
Once cooking is complete, perform a quick pressure release. Carefully open the lid.
Discard the water and press the Sauté button. Add the butter to melt.
Stir in the cooked carrots, molasses, salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Sauté for about 2 mins/until the carrots are well glazed and tender. Serve warm.
