HOUSE SEASONING

You’ll reach for this flavorful, all-around spice blend just about every time you cook!

YIELD: APPROXIMATELY ¾ CUP (120 G)

¼ cup (60 g) fine sea salt (I prefer Redmond Real Salt brand)

¼ cup (35 g) garlic powder

2 tbsp (16 g) onion powder

1 tbsp (6 g) black pepper

Combine the sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper in a small bowl and store the House Seasoning in an airtight container.

Samantha’s Tip

If you ever run out of House Seasoning and you need some for a recipe but you don’t have enough individual spices left to make another batch, 1 tablespoon (12 g) House Seasoning is roughly equivalent to 1 teaspoon (6 g) salt, 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
