Making this book has been a wish of mine for several years. This could never have been accomplished on my own.
It all starts with the recipes. A big thank you first of all to Ray Keisen, who worked in Small World for over a decade, and also to Zoe Painter Gottehrer and Salka Hamar Penning. They all tweaked the recipes in their own way and introduced their favourites as well.
I would also like to thank the staff, past and present for their loyalty, enthusiasm and hard work.
Making a book is very much like making a recipe. Only here the ingredients are people. I like to use good ingredients and I was lucky to find good people who were equally passionate about making a delicious book.
