A lot has happened since I finished writing this book. For one thing, I moved from Texas to upstate New York. Not only that, I made the move during the coronavirus quarantine. So let’s just say as I’m sitting here right this minute it’s been pretty crazy. But we are getting settled, and all is well. We still got the place in Texas and will be back once in a while, but by now you know how I am with big old houses, and I found one in New York that I just could not resist. I’ll admit my health issues are getting severely challenged by this current crisis. Shit, we lost a huge Alice Cooper tour as well as lots of headlining—and not just my band; the crew, the people who work at the venues, the merch people, everybody. As I’m sure all of you know, this thing is hitting everybody hard. But you know what? We’re a strong fucking country and will be back soon. I’ve had a lot of moments to think in the last couple of months with all of this free time, and that’s helped me focus on who I would like to thank for being in my life and making the story even possible. Listen, if I have forgotten you on this list, please don’t take it personally. You know how I am. I’m just doing my best. I’ll make it up to you next time I see you. But in the meantime, my life would not have been the same without the following people….
