This chapter has given us an understanding of probability theory. Also, the application of probability theory has been put into use. We got an idea of Bayes rule and BNs and how it is formed. We got our hands dirty with the calculation of a CPT. Finally, we looked at a use case to understand how classification can be done with the help of BNs. The readers will now have the skill to have an in-depth knowledge of Bayes rules and BNs.
In the next chapter, we will study selected topics in deep learning.
